WAIST 26/29" LENGTH 20" BRAND NEW FULL CIRCLE SKIRT WITH MATCHING SHOE BAG This full circle skirt and matching draw string shoe/skirt bag has been perfectly made by myself in a crease resistant bright white polyester fabric.The skirt is on a fixed waistband with velcro fastening for easy adjustable waist, allowing room for growth. I have added three rows of 1/4" (6mm) wide deep purple satin ribbon around the bottom for decoration. It can be worn for any occasion.
